Synthesis of 1,5-?e?zodiazepi?e deri?ati?e ?eari?g piperidi??l li?ker a?d usi?g Ma??i?h’s rea?tio? to pro?ide the a?i?e group for the incorporation the benzodiazepine nucleus into s-triazine molecular framework through linker has been described. The structures of all the compounds have been established on the basis of their elemental analysis and (IR, 1 HNMR and MS) spectral data.
